Lace & Ledger was created from my lived experience as a single mother navigating financial pressure, limited resources, and the weight of trying to do everything alone. I understand the reality of facing obstacles not because of a lack of effort, but because life can be unpredictable — especially when you’re providing for children.
During that season, I saw firsthand how easily mothers can be overlooked or judged, when what we truly need is grace, clarity, and support.

Refunds for the RebuildHER System (Done-For-You Service)
Refunds for DFY credit repair services are issued based on the percentage of work already completed.
This means:
- If significant dispute work, mailing, monitoring, or progress updates have already been completed, the refund will reflect the portion of the service that has not yet been performed.
- If no disputes have been sent or no work has begun, a larger refund may be granted.
- Once dispute letters have been generated, mailed, or processed, that portion of the service is considered fulfilled and non-refundable.
Refunds are NOT granted for results, because credit bureaus make final decisions — not Lace & Ledger.
Refunds for the L&L Academy
Because the Academy grants immediate access to course content, templates, modules, and private support:
All Academy sales are final.
No refunds will be given once access is delivered.
Refunds for Full Resell Rights Program
Due to the digital and transferrable nature of resell rights:
All resell rights sales are final and non-refundable.
Once delivered, you own the material permanently and cannot return or revoke digital rights.
Refund Requests & Legal Compliance
If a refund is requested:
- We will review your account, progress, and work completed.
- We will issue any refund owed based strictly on documented service delivery in accordance with our policy.
- All refunds will be processed in compliance with federal and state credit repair laws, including the Credit Repair Organizations Act (CROA).
We handle all disputes professionally and lawfully and reserve the right to defend our business against fraudulent refund claims, chargebacks, or misuse of services.
Cancellations
You may cancel your monthly upkeep at any time.
Please note:
- Cancellations stop future billing.
- They do not trigger refunds for past months where services were completed.
